All information sent to Abuse Victim Hotline, Inc. is confidential.  Whether it is a call or an email, no information given will ever be forwarded to another entity.  Abuse Victim Hotline, Inc. respects the privacy of our users.  If you use the hotline or email service, you are not obliged to give any personal information.  This includes your name.  If you wish to remain anonymous, Abuse Victim Hotline will respect your wishes to do so.
